Paul is an Independent Telehealthcare Consultant and is a recognized National Telehealthcare expert who is regularly invited to speak at National and International Telehealth conferences he works closely with the DOH on the 3-Million Lives Programme. He has over 25 years of managerial experience in industry and the public sector Local Government and the NHS. In the past 2 years he led the innovative South of Tyne & Wear NHS Telehealth Project which significantly progressed Telehealth in Primary, Secondary Care and Public Health.  His work in developing the Multi Matrix Telehealth Model in itself helped shape the new horizons of Telehealth applications and thinking in the UK he is a published author in the field of Telehealth and from the 1st April 2013 he was asked to join NHS England as the Lead Telehealth Consultant and advisor to NHS England the Northern Senate.
