With over 30 years’ experience within the Telecare monitoring and contact centre sector, Paul recently started his own independent consultancy company, Telecare Solutions, sharing the experience and expertise he has developed and now offers advice and support to all sections of the industry.
For more 13 years, Paul was Head of Service for a large national monitoring service with several varied business streams and was responsible for strategy development and the ultimate business success of the service. This experience has helped to develop a practical understanding of the tendering and bidding process throughout all its stages. He has witnessed the evolution of Telecare since its early inception and has a comprehensive range of operational, technical and strategic expertise.
More recently, Paul has been supporting several companies with regard to the Telecare Service business development and offering advice on service and procedural structuring.
