Lauren Machon has worked at Leeds University Business School since July 2011, as a Research Assistant in Organizational Psychology, at the Socio-technical Centre. Lauren has worked on several research projects during her time at Leeds, including an organizational network analysis and a project to improve innovation in the medical technology supply chain. At present, Lauren is working on a 3 year TSB funded project titled: Overcoming the Barriers to Mainstreaming Assistive Living Technologies (MALT). The project aims to explore and prototype new alternate organizational and business models for assistive living technologies.
