Chris has spent over 25 years working in the telehealthcare sector. He is a health and social care technology strategist with extensive experience in the design and delivery of telehealthcare solutions. More recently Chris has led the at scale implementation of telecare and telehealth services into a number of local authority, social care, and healthcare settings across the UK. In addition Chris chair’s both the British Standards Institute and the Cenelec European technical committees tasked with preparing standards for telecare (social alarm) systems.
Today he is responsible for the strategic direction of Tunstall Healthcare (UK) a leading provider of telehealthcare solutions. It’s technology and services play a key role in helping older people and those with long-term health and care needs to stay out of hospital or residential care and enjoy a better quality of life.
