Delivering profitable Telecare Services in a challenging economic climate

Whether run by local authorities, as part of a health offering, or privately, the pressures on Telecare businesses have never been greater. Competition, cuts to resources, and changes in technology have all combined to make it ever harder to make a profit and justify the existence of a service that for many is not statutory. During this session we will look at the journey that Tendring Careline is undertaking, share experiences around what has worked well and pitfalls to avoid, and challenge conventional thinking around what a Telecare business can offer.
