Whether run by local authorities, as part of a health offering, or privately, the pressures on Telecare businesses have never been greater. During this session we will look at the journey that Tendring Careline is undertaking, share experiences around what has worked well and pitfalls to avoid, and challenge conventional thinking around what a Telecare business can offer.
